This newely built residence with  7  detached Houses.Each  House is a (Μaiosonette style apartment of  aproxemately 100 square meters).The residence is located,next to the famous Acheron River in Ammoudia village and  beach and only 120 meters from the Sundy  and undeep Ammoudia beach.Each large  detached House (maisonette style apartment) can sleep  3-8 persons. Each House is a  maιsonette style apartment and offer upstairs a large bedroom (with a double bed) and also 2 single beds (for 2 children).Down stairs there is the second  seperate bedroom (with another double bed and also down stairs ,there is the seperate and large full equipped kitchen and living room with another 2 extra beds.The maximun number of persons they can sleep in this large detached House in the  maisonette style apartment,is 8 persons.Each deatached House with the  maisonette style apartment offers,private bathroom,television,air-conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi and  large Veranda with tables and chairs and parking for the car.There is also possibility to have breakfast(from the creperie) next to the residence with the price of 3 Euro per breakfast per person.The distance from Parga is aproxemately 20 kilometres and from famous Ancient Nekromateion (Hades) is only a couple of Kilometers and from the springs of Acheron River(Nature park)is around 15 kilometers.
