Those Apartments and maisonette style apartments are situated in one of the most beautiful island of Ionian islands (Lefkas island) and in the  beautiful  and green  village Ligia. There are  12 apartments built in 4 separated buildings among olive trees ,gardens of a total 3.000 square meters. Some guests who comes repeatetly called them "Small Paradise"

All Apartments & Maisonettes are well cared from the owners and offer a High standard accommodation including the air-conditioning and the television and Internet Wi-Fi. Of course there is a wide private parking place.

This place is ideal for  guests who love quietness , green and flowers. This small family complex  is ideal  for families with children or persons they like a quiet place with the possibilities to explore Lefkas island.

All apartments offer sea view over the Ligia village, the bay and the small port of Ligia but the 4 maisonnete style apartments offer the best sea view, (On the Top of each building with a large balcony of 30 square meters). Each Maisonette style apartment can sleep a family consisting of maximum 4 persons (Only Family X 4,with 2 adults and 2 children)

Here on Upper floor, there are 4 family Maisonette  style apartments (for families consisting of 4 persons(2 adults and 2 children and NOT for 4 Adults). Each Maisonette family apartment consists of a separate small bedroom on the upper floor with two single beds for two children, on the lower there is  a small separate bedroom with two  single beds or a double bed( for the parents), a separate  small kitchenette  with an extra bed  for another person, one bathroom and a large balcony with chairs and table ( of 30 square meters) with a beautiful sea view.Miasoenttes offer also Internet Wi-Fi,Television and Air-Conditioning.

The other 8  family apartments are ideal for families consisting of 2-3-4 persons .Each apartment offer a separate bedroom for two persons, separate small kitchen  with one or two extra beds(ONLY for 2 small children,Not Adults and NOT children over 15 15 yesr sold), one bathroom, balconies or verandas with sea view.The apartments are situated  on the ground and  first floor  and offer  with nice sea view.Apartments offer also Internet Wi-Fi,Television and Air-Conditioning.

The Maisonette style apartments, are situated on the Upper (Top floor) and offer very large balconies with beautiful sea views.

All apartments  and Maisonette are ideal for all kind of guests ,families ,groups of friends and especially for those they love to spend their holidays in a "small Paradise". 

For guests they like to explore Lefkas island ,they can easily visit with a car all  the beautiful sites  and beaches of Lefkas island such as: Unique and famous Porto katsiki, and Kathisma beach.
