These beautiful villas  in Agios Nikitas in Lefkas island were built  recently and since then, owenrs continuously renovate the villas to be  in top condition. In a landscape of about 10.000 sq/meters, there are three different types of villas completely autonomous as follows:

Only 2 Exclusive  Villas with Private  swimming Pool each for 6 persons: Each 150 sq/meters villas with private swimming pool about 35 sq/meters. Completely autonomous and private. Only 3 Junior Villas with Shared swimming Pool each for 4 persons: 80 sq/meters villas with a shared swimming pool of 16 x 8 meters. Two floors with two bedrooms on ground floor plus one bathroom and a living room and open kitchen area on top floor plus a WC. air-condition, fully equipped kitchen facilities, satellite TV’s, D.V.D.’s with free movies, WI-FI. Each Villa can sleep up to 4 persons.

All villas are equipped to the highest standard with individual barbeques, air-condition, fully equipped kitchen facilities, satellite TV’s, D.V.D.’s with free movies, WI-FI, nice furniture and excellent built quality. There are huge balconies in all premises and a number of private shaded relaxing areas around the houses. Parking space is provided before entering the villas in order to avoid traffic and noise and to be safer for the children. Moreover, there is a path to every house for loading and unloading purposes, if needed.

In addition please kindly note that we are on the top of Agios Nikitas village the most beautiful traditional village in the island and we enjoy a magnificent view. The distance from the village is about 700 meters where somebody can find small shops, coffee bars and nice restaurants and  900 meters from Agios Nikitas beach.
