 This Hotel  is an Apartotel  and is a family  run resort of  Cat A (4 star Hotel), built in 2005 with  swimming pool and very High standards.

A short distance from beautiful Karavostasi beach(200 meters only) is situated  in a peaceful area. Apartotel designed with dedication and love for details, surrounded by lush green fields between Parga and Syvota,( only 16 kilometers away).

Here there are 13 Studios on the ground floor (each for 2/3 persons and even for a family with two adults and two children up 12-13 years old). Each  comfortable Studio is (around 40 square meters) and offers  a double bed, a double sofa bed (for an adult) or for two children up 13 years old, private facilities,  full furnished kitchenette, Air-Conditioning, satellite television, Hair dryer, safe box, telephone (with internet access) and large balconies (the most with sea view).

On the first floor there are two  comfortable suites(80 square metes each), with large balconies with sea view and each suite is for 4-5 adults or for a family of 6 (with 4 adults and two children up to 13 years old). Also each Suite offers two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), separate full furnished kitchen with living room and with the extra double sofa bed inside,

private facilities, Air-Conditioning, satellite television, Hair dryer, safe box, telephone (with internet access).
