Description: This New Built( In 2015,the maisonette style apartments) and in 2017 Fully renovated rooms and the Studios, is a nice and a good quality family House ,situated 1,5 kilometers away from the centre of Parga and 1.000 meters from beautiful (Lichnos beach). To go to Lichnos beach ,On foot,there is Down Hill and then an Up Hill road and we suggest the Guests to take their car to go and to come back from Lichnos beach. For those they like walking (Hill and down Hill) is more than 20 minutes walking. This family house is situated among the olive groves and the 2 double rooms(Only with refrigarator ),1 Studio(with kitchenette) and the 2 maisonette style apartments (for 4-5 persons offer sea views to the Ionian Sea and to Parga. House offers Only 2 Rooms , 2 maisonette style apartments, 6 Studios. Τhe 2 double rooms (With bedroom and a double bed ) are for couples and offers,refrigerator, private bathroom,air-conditioning,television,Internet Wi-Fi and also balcony with sea views and views to Parga. ONLY 1 Studio Studio(offer sea views)can sleep 2 persons or a family Χ 3 persons.Sea views Studio, offers a double bed for 2 persons and a single sofa bed for third person a child(is Only for a family X 3 and NOT 3 adults)and also offers kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, Internet Wi-Fi and balcony with sea views and views to Parga. The other 5 Studios are on the back side and they have Mountain views and each one can sleep 2 persons and even a family x 3 persons.Studio offers a double bed a single sofa bed(for a child), kitchenette, private bathroom,air-conditionin,television,Internet Wi-fi and balcony with mountain views.
The 2 large maisonette(style apartments) Offer also (Sea views).Each Maisonette style apartment
is for 4/5 persons
and
offer above 2 separate bedrooms (Each with double bed) and a bathroom.Down stairs
is
the full furnished kitchen/living room (with mini
bar) and table and chairs and also a sofa normal single bed for the fifth
person and also a second bathroom.The
house is Ideal
for
small families
with
good
quality
of
accommodation
for
guests they prefer
a nice
accommodation.
