 Newly built ,to very high specifications, this accommodation is situated only 70 meters from the beach (Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri beach) and 100 meters from the historical center of Parga.

Here,  there are three different kinds of accommodation, all with very high standards and all with Air-conditioning, Satellite television, Hair Dryer, Safe box, large balconies. For the Parking, as there is a Limit  for the parking  space for the cars, Please ask before if is still available parking place for your car.

Studio No 1(first floor, approximately 28 square meters) and the small apartment No 6(Ground floor, approximately 32 square meters) can sleep 2 persons (a couple or two friends). It consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds (can become a double bed), a fully furnished kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box, hair dryer and balcony.

Apartment No 2(First floor) and Apartments No 4 & No 5(Ground floor) are approximately 33 square meters and can sleep a family of two adults and one child OR one couple with two small children (both in the separate sofa bed). Each apartment offer a separate bedroom with 2 singe beds (can become a double bed), a separate fully furnished kitchen with an extra sofa double  bed for one child or two small children, private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box, hair dryer and large balcony.

The Big apartment No 3(situated on first floor),  is approximately 58 square meters and can sleep up to 4 persons (adults) or a family with two adults and 2 or 3 children.  It consists of one separate bedroom with 2 singe beds (can become a double bed), separate fully furnished kitchen, separate living room with an extra  double sofa  bed for children or for a couple, and another small extra sofa bed (for a child) and a private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box, hair dryer and large balcony.

This accommodation is  specially recommended for those who wish  something with high standards, very close to the beach and to the centre of Parga and all of it's amenities. Also the House offer FREE Wi-Fi connection.
