 This Guest House, is located in the village of Agia, municipality of Parga and it is a perfect holiday choice if you are seeking calm refuge from city life and bustling vacation spots and for the ones who want to combine exploring countryside and nature, cultural, dining as well as secluded beaches of the Ionian Sea with each other.Our guesthouse has a lovely rural setting. It is located on a plot that is planted with a variety of Mediterranean flowers and trees. The surroundings are very quiet and unspoiled and elevated position of the village gives glorious views of the surrounding countryside and the Ionian Sea at the same time.Stay with us and enjoy the beauty of Parga, picturesque small town and one of the most attractive tourist destination by the Ionian Sea, which is located within a very short distance from Agia.The Guesthouse was build in 2008, has 5 apartments, each one sized 40m2, and belongs to 3 stars accommodation category. There is no big difference from apartment to apartment  and 2 apartmentsa are situated on Ground floor and 3 on first floor and for all of  we have one policy: cleaned every day, outside sitting area (terrace or balcony), clean sheets and towels twice a week, fully equipped kitchenette.

Each Apartment  can sleep 2/3/4 persons (Family X 4 persons) and Offer:

Our location is in the Parga's village of Agia, in the north-western part of the regional unit of Preveza in Epirus, north-western Greece. Parga lies on the Ionian coast between the cities of Preveza and Igoumenitsa. It is a resort town known for its scenic beauty. Agia is located 7km to the north of Parga by the main road between Parga and Sivota-small tourist place with a lot of scenic beauty, too .The distance of Agia village from Parga is aproxemately 6 kilometers, form Anthousa village 3 kilometres and from the nearest and beautiful (Sarakiniko beach) is 5 kilometres.Agia is away from famous,sandy beach of Parga(Valtos beach) only 6 kilometers. Agia is 25 kilometers from well known (Syvota) and from nice nad sandy (karavostasi beach) only 10 kilometres.
