Description:

50 meters from Parga's Venetian Castle and on the steps leading up to it (in the middle and on the 36th step from the  final 64th steps) , you will find this House.  The building, that dates from 1920, has a tiled roof and is of particular architectural interest, because of it's high facade and big window openings, reminding us of days gone by.   Also the area in which it is situated is Parga's historical centre.

The house, which has been very recently renovated with good taste and attention to detail, is decorated with themes from Parga's history. There is ONE apartment  and with  convenient and spacious rooms (with sea views).  The Ground floor apartment, can sleep a maximum of 4 persons), has one separate bedroom, separate fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator and a spacious living room (with 2 single beds) and a large veranda leading off it, which has side sea views and comfortable bamboo furniture. The Apartment offer satellite TV, safe box, air conditioning (Including in the price), as well as large bathroom with big bath, hair-dryer and washing machine and a Veranda with sea view of the harbour of Parga.

At a distance of only 15 minutes from Valtos beach, 10 minutes from Kryoneri beach and only a couple of minutes from the harbour front and cafes, restaurants and shops,this accommodation  makes the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.
