This Villa, is situated in a very quiet position, near the traditional castle area, only 5 minutes away from the centre of Parga and from beautiful Valtos beach. It is well cared for, with a friendly atmosphere and all accommodation are well furnished. On the upper Top floor there is a spacious apartment of 90 square meters with balconies around and with beautiful views overlooking Parga. It can sleep from 4 up to 5 persons. This large apartment consists of two separate bedrooms.One bedroom offer a double bed and en ensuite bathroon,the second bedroom 2 single beds and en ensuite bathroom,Total 2 bathrooms,separate fully furnished kitchen/ living room with one normal bed for a fifth person (child)and offer television, air-conditioning and Internet Wi-Fi and balconies overlooking Parga and side sea view. On the ground floor there are two recently built Studios(with high standards) for 2/3 persons each Studio and offer a bedroom(with a double bed and a single bed) and also in the same space is the kitchenette.The Studio offers also air-conditioning,television and private bathroom ,Internet Wi-Fi and a lovely garden outside. Also on the ground floor, there is the recently built apartment, well equipped and offer high standards. Apartment offer 2 separate bedrooms (One with one double bed and 1 single bed and the other with a semi double bed), separate well furnished kitchen/living room (with an extra sofa bed), one bathroom and a lovely garden outside. This apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 persons, has television and air-conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi. Is an Ideal apartment for families with children as they can stay and even play in the gardens on ground floor.The newly one built apartment and the newly built two Studios offer a very large and beautiful garden. Apartment and Studio are recommended for their comfort, their tranquil position in a very traditional area of Parga.Owners are very friendly and take good care of their accommodation.Pets are wellcome in This House
