This Fully renovated (In 2016) Villa ,is a  detached house ,built in the beautiful  castle area of Parga and in a very quiet  and traditional  location.  It is an ideal  Villa for guests who wish to spend their holidays independently and peacefully. Villa is situated in a quite area (castle area) and hardly 5 minutes walk from  beautiful Valtos sandy beach and also a couple of minutes  from the centre of Parga. Villa consists of two separate bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), a separate and well equipped kitchen, a separate well furnished lounge/living room, (with the possibility to sleep one or two persons with 2 sofa large single) and two bathrooms. There is a large balcony facing the front with a beautiful mountain views and Views to beautiful Parga with tables and chairs to eat outside. Villa offers also another patio/veranda (in the front) ,filled with flowers and shrubs.  Villa  is well equipped with air-conditioning, satellite  television, TWO bathrooms and also offer a Washing-machine.Also there is Wi-Fi Internet.  The owners take great care and look after their property and their guests and  in the price is including also a cleaning twice per week. Villa can sleep from 4 up to 6 persons.(2 couples with 2 children) or a large family of 6 persons or even 6 friends
