Description:

 This  simple, family  Pension, is situated   in a large garden and among lemon and orange trees, in Valtos area (Only 90 meters away from beautiful sandy Valtos beach). The house is built in two floors and offer seven furnished rooms. On first floor there are 3 pension rooms ( two of them are for two persons and the third cal sleep a family of two adults and 1 child). Also there is a common kitchen for use of the 3 rooms. In case there is a small group of friends and take all the 3 rooms on first floor ,then the kitchen is Only for them. On ground floor there are 4 rooms (Each room for two persons or for a family of two adults and 1 child) and also in ground floor there is a common kitchen for the 4 rooms. In case there is a small group of friends and take all the 4 rooms on ground floor ,then the kitchen is Only for them. Each Pension furnished room offer  the private bathroom and also a private refrigerator in the room and of course the private balcony or veranda. There is No need of air-conditioning as the house is very cool. Outside there is the Big garden with the Barbeque and also there is  private parking for the cars. Mini markets, restaurants, cafes , swimming pools Open to the public) and Taxi Boats (going to Parga  centre and back) are only  a few meters away.

This family pension is  ideal situated in a very quiet place,  in a large garden with lemon and orange trees and ONLY 90 meters away from beautiful Valtos beach.
