 This House is situated in Valtos area, in a quiet and peaceful place.

The House offer outside gardens with flowers and lemon and orange trees and also tables and chairs to sit outside. Situated only 500 meters from beautiful Sandy Valtos  beach and approximately one and a half kilometer away from the centre of Parga offer ONLY one large apartment for 4/5/6 persons on first floor and ONLY two Studios  on Ground for 2/3 persons each Studio. The owners of the house are friendly  and is Ideal for small groups of friends or families they want to stay together.

The house offer on the first floor a large apartment for 4/5/6 persons and on ground floor two Studios next to each other and each Studio can sleep up to 3 persons. The Large apartment ,on first floor offer two separate bedrooms ,one separate kitchen/living room , private bathroom and also air-conditioning, television and large balcony with table and chairs..

The other Two Studios, situated on ground floor and each Studio has a bedroom with a double and a single bed (Ideal for 2 persons or a family of 3 persons), kitchenette  private bathroom and also air-conditioning, television and veranda outside in the gardens.

Also the House offer Private parking place and nearby in distance of(100-200 meters) you can find Minimarkets-bakery-Tavernas and also swimming pools open to the Public.
