Thιs beautifull,Private,Unick stone Villa in Parga,recently Built in  a green enviroment of 5.500 square meters,is located in Valtos area in Parga adjacent to the crystal blue waters of Valtos beach with private parking place.In fact is Situated next to the beach,as the door of the  property is right next to the beach(less than 100 meters from the main house).The Villa is situated  ONLY a few meters away from beautiful and sandy Valtos beach.It is also within walking distance of the cosmopolιtan center of Parga and Guaranettes a PERFECT HOLIDAYS. Once you approach  the property's entrance the first thing you'll notice within walled perimeters of the Villa ,is the abundance of green spaces.Main House,Guest House and the Studio,are surrounded by all kind of trees,include fruit bearing trees,a garden with vegetables and a chicken coop.It is the ideal place for those who ,ove being close to nature,have fresh fruits,vegetables and eggs every day from the garden to their plates.The Villa with the 3 seperate houses are built with natural traditional materials such as stone and wood.All rooms are comfortable,decorated with fine taste and earth colours are fully furnished and equipped with all moden amenities maintaining their simplicity and warmth.Guests have the possibility to spend most of their time outside in the large lush garden or in the terraces,especially the one in front of the main house, where a stone made barbeque(Charcoal grill) dominates the handmade wooden dining table.

 Villa consists of the main villa/house, an independent guesthouse and a separate studio,different from one another but all share the same characteristics.They are inviting,warm,comforting,calming full of modern amenities. Villa provides a unique setting for a relaxed holiday with all essential holiday amenities and is ideal for families, couples or friends holidaying together.The Villa compound can accommodate 14 to 18 people.

Τhe main villa/House has a living area of 150 square metters,two story, 4 bedrooms,3 bathrooms than can accommodate up to 10 people (8 Adults or 10 people 8 adults & 2 children older than 6 years old ).On the ground floor there is a living-dinning room with fire place,Stereo,roof fan and a full equipped kitchen, washing machine,two bedrooms one with a double bed (T.V. and roof fan"Thanasis room" and one with bunk beds(one above the other and a floor fan "Artemis room" .The two rooms share a common bathroom.

 Upstairs in a middle level there is "Anna's room"a very comfortable attic with a double  and a single bed,bathroom en suite,tv,air conditioning where a couple or a family of three can stay.Further up is "master bedroom",a large room with a double bed,fridge and coffee corner,wood stove,room fan, air conditioning, tv, extra sitting-office area where one person(child) can sleep if wanted.It comes with its own big private veranda whwre you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view of Parga's castle.Next to it,is its generously large bathroom with a big Jacuzzi bath tub.

The Guesthouse is a seperate House/maisonette style house close to the main Villa of 30 square meters, with a separate entrance and can acoommodate from 5 people(4 adults  or a family for 5 persons).The Guest House offers  bathroom,kitchen,a loft and its own private terrace.On the ground floor is the living room with the kitchen and the bathroom with a built double bed that can be used as a sofa or a bed where two people can sleep if wanted.Going up the wooden ladder,there is a comfortably spacius loft where a double and two single beds are found and where a whole family of 4 can stay.

The Studio,is a  separate comfortable  stone structure  of  20 square meters,with bathroom and kitchenette,tv,air-conditioning and roof fan.It has also a cozy sleeping space ,big enough to fit one double bed under the roof just a few steps above the ground floor.One can choose to sleep either on the big triple bed-sofa(with a latex mattress of a great quality) Or at the cosy loft pre-mentoned.Studio has its own spacius private fullyterraces on both sides of the building. Studio can accommodate 2 adults.

RESERVATION CAN BE  FOR THE WHOLE COMPOUND  OF 3 BULDINGS OR EVEN FOR ΤΗΕ  SEPERATE ΜΑΙΝ HOUSE OR FOR THE GUEST HOUSE OR FOR THE STUDIO FOR  MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS.FOR LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS ,Please contact us.
