Description:

This newly built villa/House is situated in a very peaceful and quiet part of central Parga.It is beautifully appointed, both inside and outside, with a patio/barbeque area, with flowers and trees for dining and drinking 'al fresco'.This accommodation offer high standards and each studio/apartment thoughtfully equipped and extremely well cared for by the resident owners.

Large studio (45 square metres) can sleep 2-3-4 persons and offer an open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining area, one double bed, two single normal size beds and a large bathroom and a fully eqquipped kitchen (with oven and electrick rings,for a proper cooking). Studio can sleep up to 4 persons and has two balconies.Studio offers air-conditioning, satellite television,hair dryer,safe boxes and Internet Wi-Fi.

There is also ONE LARGE APARTMENT on Ground floor (Fully renovated in 2017 and around 80 square meters), which can sleep 4/5 persons and even a family of 6 persons and offer 2 verandahs and also has access to the common gardens. The apartment has two separate large bedrooms(The first bedroom with a double bed and the second with 2 single normal side beds, a separate large and fully equipped kitchen with an area for sitting and dining and with one normal sized single bed.The sixth bed can be placed in one bedroom(extra sofa bed for a child). Also this big apartment has a fully renovated bathroom and offers television,air-conditioning, safe box, hair dryer, Internet Wi-Fi and balconies, with access to the common garden with tables and chairs to seat and to talk and eat e.c.t.

Villa has a small garden and also a Barbeque outside for use of the guests and it is highly recommended.

Owners are friendly and also very helpful and they will make you feel like your second home.This family Villa/House is ideal for those they prefer to stay in centre of Parga ,close to the central beaches of Parga But in a very quiet area.
