This Family House fully renovated offer 5 High class Apartments and are situated above the beach of Kryoneri and only few minutes walk from the centre of Parga and from the quiet Piso Kryoneri small beach. All 5 Apartments offer beautiful Sea views. This accommodation offer high standards, with each apartment thoughtfully equipped and extremely well cared for by the resident owners.

The two Apartments on the first floor have two separate bedrooms, one fully furnished kitchen/dining area and a bathroom .Each apartment has a large balcony with a beautiful sea view and veranda on the back of the house.

All the apartments have air-conditioning,television,Internet Wi-Fi,large balconies(with direct Sea views)

The brand new Fifth apartments(Built in 2019 )on ground floor,is Ideal for a family X 4 and offer an open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining area with 2 single beds and a canopy, one separate bedroom with one double bed and ensuite bathroom, and also a second bathroom and veranda with sea view to Kryoneri beach(few meters away).

There is also private parking.Apartments are highly recommended, not only for their proximity to the beach, but also for the spacious and well furnished accommodation and the very gratefull position of the House.
