Those new built Studios and Apartments ,are situated  centrally in the beautiful village of Anthoussa only 2,5 kilometers away from Parga.

This new accommodation, offer a Very High standard of accommodation.

There are few Studios for 2/3/4 persons  for  couples or  families of  2 adults and 1 ορ 2 children and a maisonette style apartment for a family of 4/5 persons or two couples, 1 Apartment with 2 seperate bedrooms and seperate kitchen for 4 persons ,5 Superior rooms(Double for couples,Νο kitchenette facilities) and 1 Studio  (on  the Ground floor) designed for persons with special needs.

All Studios,Superior Rooms, Maisonette and Apartment are very well equipped with all facilities and  2 of the largest  Studios (approximately  45 square meters each ) offers a large bedroom with  3/4 beds (one double and one or 2 single beds) a fully furnished kitchenette, private bathroom, Air-conditioning, Television and large balcony.

The other 5 Studios(each of 30 square meters) are for a couple and offers a bedroom with one double bed,a fully furnished kitchenette, private bathroom, Air-conditioning, Television and large balcony.

The Bigger (Maisonette style Apartment  around 80 square meteres), can sleep a family of 4/5 persons or 2 couples plus a child and the  Apartment consists of 2  separate bedrooms upstairs  and  downstairs is the fully furnished kitchen and living room with a double bed. There is also a private bathroom, Air-conditioning, television and large balcony.

The House  offers as a private parking for the cars.

The apartment X 4 persons( 65 square meters) ,is for 4 persons and offers 2 seperate bedrooms,seperate kitchen,private bathroom,Air-conditioning, television and  balcony.

The Superior rooms  on the upper floor, with nice views, (Built on 219)offers a bedroom(with double bed), private bathroom, refrigerator, air-conditioning, television and large balcony. The Room can sleep two persons Only.

Also the Studio X 2/3 persons(designed for persons with Special needs)is situated on ground floor (aproxemately 40 square meters) with a bedroom for 2/3 ,kitchenette,spacial  designed bathroom,air-conditioning, television and veranda.

For the  guests they want to have Breakfast(Extra to pay localy),they can order  by the owner  in the restaurant.

There is  also an Internet access (Wi-Fi) for all guests in accommodation.

In 30 meters away there are also cafés, mini markets,bakery and also a pharmacy.Owner offers as well a Traditional Restaurant with excellent food and very competitive prices.
