Those beautiful Studios  4 Studios (fully renovated in 2020-2021)  ,are situated  on upper floor and in Falopa area in Parga (quiet area with a lot of green and gardens).House in Only few minute walk from the centre of Parga and walking distance from the two beaches of Parga (Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri beach).Τhis accommodation  offer a nice big and beautiful  garden with a common  Barbeque outside(Of course you ask the owner for the Free use) and parking for cars. All  4 Studios are Suitable for couples, friends and families with one or two children). Each Studio offer, a bedroom with the kitchenette inside, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, balcony. The most of the Studios can sleep 2/3 persons and some of them can sleep a family of 4 (2 adults with 2  children).Owners are very friendly and you will feel the Greek  and in a  friendly ambient. All guests can enjoy the nice Gardens outside (with the beautiful flowers) and also they can use the common Barbeque(you arrange it with the owner,locally).The house offer ,as well , parking for the cars. We recommend this accommodation to guests they prefer a quiet Holiday, not far from the centre of Parga and the beaches (walking distances) and for those they like the green the gardens and the flowers. Also There is a FREE Wi-Fi Internet  for all Guests.Also baby cot is free of charge,But guests have to tell us before their arrivan if will need a baby cot. Cleaning and changing of bedroom linen and bathroom towelsis twice per week . The Falopa area  is a green and quiet area and  is ideal for some nice short walks but also for longer walks in the arround area. There is a Nice House with Sea views in the area Tourkopazaro(where is the hill of Parga,trowards to Valtos beach,with 2 separate bedrooms(One with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds),separate kitchen and living room with dining table,One bathroom (with washing macchine) and Balcony with fantastick Sea views.The House is Ideal for those they want to stay in a traditional area and in traditional house(Fully renovated ιν 2021) and for those  they like to walk few minutes to go to the centre of Parga and the beaches of Parga(Valtos beach-Kryoneri beach and Piso Kryoneri beach) This House is an ideal alternative.
