Thιs Family and friendly house is situated in the quiet Lichnos Bay approximately 180 meters from the long fine pebble ,sandy Lichnos beach (with a small Hill and down hill). It has a great Sea view over the Ionian Sea and the bay of Lichnos. It is ideal for those who like to spend their holidays in a tranquil area and away from the centre of Parga and also the traffic. All 12 Studios and  5 Apartments were Fully renovated in 2014-2015-2016 and offer air-conditioning, satellite television, telephone and balconies with nice sea views. The adjoining building contains the reception ,Breakfast area and a Mini Market.
Behind the apartments is the parking. Free wireless (WI-FI) internet is available at the resort. The hospitable owners pay special attention to the welfare of their guests. The House offers few family Apartments and some Studios. All  studios can become triple and  sleep up to 3 persons( 1 double bed and one normal sized single bed) and the  apartments can sleep a family of 3/4 persons.

Each studio has a bedroom (with a double bed ) with integrated kitchenette (the third extra bed is a normal sized bed for a child and even for an Adult), shower/WC, satellite Plasma  TV(32 in.), air conditioning ,Safe box,Hair Dryer and balcony with sea view.

Each Apartment is  for a family of 4 persons.Each apartment  offer a separate  bedroom (with double bed), a separate  living room with a sofa  NORMAL SIDE DOUBLE BED  and integrated kitchenette with shower/WC, satellite TV, DOUBLE air conditioning (One  A/C in each room)and balcony with sea view.Superior apartments in Upper floor can also accommodate a family of 5 persons.

The House is Surrounded by a large and beautiful garden, with private parking and offer Mini-Market and also caffe bar with the possibility for Breakfast. Lichnos beach area, offers numerous restaurants, water sports and beach chairs rental. Parga is about 3 Km away.Extra breakfast to pay per person per day Euro 9 )

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig am Hang der Lichnos-Bucht ca. 180 m vom langen feinen Kieselstrand entfernt und verfuegt ueber einen
tollen Blick ueber das Ionische Meer. Der Strand bietet zahlreiche Restaurants, Wassersportmoeglichkeiten und Strandliegenverleih.
Parga ist ca. 3 Km entfernt.
Das Ferienhaus: In dem 1-stoekigen Gebaeude mit Blick auf das Meer und Garten sind 12 Studios und 5 Appartements untergebracht.
In einem Nebengebaeude befindet sich die Rezeption. Ein Minimarkt ist vorhanden, ebenso Parkplaetze am hauseigenen Grundstueck und kostenloses Wireless Internet. Die gastfreundlichen Besitzer sind besonders um das Wohl ihrer Gaeste bemueht.
Studios: Fuer 2-3 Personen; jedes Studio verfuegt ueber einen Schlafraum mit integrierter Kochecke,Dusche/WC, Sat-TV, Klimaanlage und Balkon mit Meerblick.
Appartements: Fuer 2-4 Personen; jede Wohnung ist mit einem Schlafraum, einem Wohnbereich mit Kochecke und einer aufklappbaren Couch,
Dusche/WC, Sat-TV, Klimaanlage und Balkon mit Meerblick ausgestattet.
