 This Newly Built house ( In 2018) in centre of Parga , offer High class accommodation  with private parking.Near by  the House there is a swimming pool(Open to all guests But guests buy a drink of the pool bar).The House offers  two large Studio for families of 3-4 persons upstairs and down stairs offer another 2  Studio for 2-3 persons each. The House offer as well a two bedroom apartment for 4 persons.Triple  Studio offer a double bed and 1 sofa single bed ,kitchenette,private bathroom,air-conditioning,television,Internet wi-fi,private balcony and each Studio is  for a couple or for 3 guests or for a family Χ  3 persons.Quadruple Studio offers a double bed and two normal sizes sofa beds for 2 children,kitchenette,private bathroom,air-conditioning,television,Internet wi-fi,private balcony and is  ideal for a family X 4 persons. The Only one 2 Bedroom apartment offers 2 seperate bedrooms(One with a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds), seperate kitchen and it is for a family a 4 or 2 adults and 2 friends(But NOT for 2 couples). The newly built house is situated in centre of Parga(quiet area),only few meters from the centre of Parga and few minutes walk for the 2 central beaches of Parga( Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri beache).Valtos beach is away 500 meters but you need to go up the hill(To Venetian castle) and then down hill to beautifull Valtos beach.Αccommodation is ideal for all guests they prefer a nice House with parking close the centre of Parga and close to shops,caffes,restuarants.
