This residence  newly built and since 2018(with swimming pool),with High standards, is situated in Valtos area and Only 200 meters from beautifull Valtos beach.Residence offers Studios,Apartments and Suites all with high standards,decorated and well furnished with stlyle to cover all expectations.The small family comples (with swimming pool) offes luxury Studios,Apartments and Suites.Rooms are spacious and well decorated and all are equipped with kitchen,Satelite T.V., Air conditioning,Internet Wi-Fi,spacious balconies (over looking to the green to olive groves ,to the gardnes). Also each private luxury  bathroom offers(seperate shower cabins with hydromassage). There is a double studio upstairs(first floor) just for 2 persons or a couple. Then residence offers a couple of  Superior triple Studios  of 40 square meters (for a family X 3) on first floor and also a Triple Studio(also for family X 3) on first floor and also a Triple studio on ground floor.

The Suite,situated on first floor,can sleep 3-4 persons and it offers Kitchen,air-conditioning,Television satelite, Internet Wi-Fi and two spacious balconies and bath with seperate shower cabin with hydromassage. Guests can also expole the Valtos area  and for those they like walkings ,thare are some nice paths  and they can go to the castle of Anthussa ,to the water mules  and even to do longer walkings in the area among the green the lemosn and orange trees and flowers as Valtos area is a very green area of Parga.

Redidence offers a private parking .Owners apart the warm hospitality they offer also a daily cleaning of rooms,Apartaments and Suites.
