Description:Villa stands overlooking the bay, the island and the church of Agia Paraskevi. The concept was to design a spacious luxury villa. Villa blends into the green landscape, gives full privacy at the guests and stands in an exceptional location, offering panoramic views of Ionian Sea, the most idyllic sunsets. The gardens full of plants and trees offer to the guests the most relaxing atmosphere. Villa sprawls across 2 floors. Villa Offers  6 bedrooms (5 double, 1 with 2 single beds) for 12 guests, 6 bedrooms (4 en suite), 5 bathrooms with Private pool, Sea view, Large garden with BBQ, Private path to beach, 5 minutes walking. On the first floor there is a spacious living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances (American fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, hoven), fire place, 4 bedrooms, 3 en suite and 1 with completely autonomous entrance. On the second floor, the spacious master bedroom, en suite, with a second room.  From the terrace of the master bedroom the view of Paxi and Corfu Island is stunning. All bedrooms overlooking the bay. Outside, the stylish swimming pool filled with crystal clear water. There are sun beds, two big umbrellas and stone seating areas. On the one side of the villa a stone built-BBQ, a three meter stone table, spacious herb garden compose the perfect place for nice evenings with friends. Villa has two entrances, the main one and one from the beach and offers a completely private path to beach. Olive, almond, pomegranate, fig, walnut trees at the sides and finally a private space for sunbathing with sun beds, parasols and a stone table close to the beach. Cleaning service before an arrival and after departure and a mid stay clean (Staying for a week) are included in the rental price.
