Description: The family,friendly House,situated close the centre of Parga (Only a couple of munute walk)in a quiet area has change beds and natreess(partly renovated in 2017).The House Not far from the central beaches of Parga,(Kryoneri and Piso kryoneri beaches) withing a walk,6-7 minutes walk offers several Studios.To go to beautifull ,large and sundy beach Valtos ,there are two ways .The first one on feet ( 15 minutes walk going up the hill to the Venetian castle of Parga and then down hill ),Or by boat from the Jetty of Parga payning a few Euros.The House offer in 3 floors 8 Studios. On ground floor, are situated Two Studios ( One triple Studio,with 3 beds for 3 persons and a large Studio with 4 beds (for a family x 4 persons). On first floor, are 2 double or twin Studios (for 2 persons each) and another large Studio with 4 beds (for a family x 4 persons). On second floor, are also 2 double or twin Studios(for 2 persons each) and another large Studio with 4 beds for a family X 4 persons. The 3 large Studios for a family X 4 persons can become triple Studios for 3 persons. The House/Villa is a nice accommodation for those they like something nice,clean,quiet Nοt luxurious But in a family ambient. The House offer some Studios for 2 persons, a few Studios for 3 persons and a couple of Studios for a family X 4 persons.Each Studio offer a double or 2 single beds,kitchenette,private bathroom,air-conditioning,television and private balcony.The Studios for 3 or a family for 4 persons offer one or twο extra beds and are larger than the Studios for 2 persons.Cleaning and changing of the sheets and bathroom towels are twice per week. Also the House/Villa offers a small garden outside and W-Fi Internet. Owners are very friendly and they always well come all guests. In this Villa/House all Guests will meet and feel the Greek Hospitality. |
