This New Built Villa,Family House,is a perfect location to stay in the centre of Parga and in a quiet spot of Parga. Situated ONLY few meters away from the centre of Parga and Only a couple of minutes walk from the central beaches of Parga (Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri beach) ,offers a High quality of accommodation (4 keys)and good services. The Villa Offers 3 Studios on ground floor and 3 Maisonette Style apartments for a family of 3/4 persons on first floor.

All Studios and Maisonette style apartments offer private balconies or Verandas and are full equipped with kitchens, air-conditioning, (LCD T.V. with satellite channels) and safe box.

The 2 Studios on Ground floor offer a bedroom with a double bed with the kitchenette inside with private bathroom, air-conditioning, (LCD T.V. with satellite channels), safe box. Each Studio (can sleep up to 3 persons)and offer a private veranda

The third Studio on ground floor can sleep a family of 4 persons (2 adults + 2 children) and offer a bedroom for 2 persons and in the large kitchen there are two sofa beds for two children. Perfect solution for a Family of 4 persons.

The two Maisonette style apartment are for family of 3/4 persons and offer on the above bedroom (two single beds or a double bed) and downstairs, in the well furnished kitchen, there are the two single beds for two children.

The third Maisonette style apartment is also for a family of 4 persons But

on the above bedroom there is ONLY a single normal bed and downstairs in the bedroom there are two other single beds and in the well furnished kitchen is situated the fourth extra sofa bed.

All Maisonette offers a private bathroom, private balcony and also air-conditioning, (LCD T.V. with satellite channels) and safe box.

All Guests can stay n the nice small nice common garden/yard (with tables and chairs).

Perfect located Villa for those they prefer to stay in the centre of Parga ,in a quiet area and close to the centre (Restaurants, Tavernas, Shops ,cafes) and to the central beaches of Parga (Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri).
