The unique combination of (mount green, sea blue and  the warm family ambient) Guarantee you  unforgettable vacations. Villa offers swimming pool, children swimming pool, Jacuzi, B.B.Q., snack bar with breakfast capabilities, playground, ping-pong and parking place. At the beach and the swimming pool you will find sunbath seats free of charge. Also free of charge we offer canoes. Boat owners can use our infrastructure in front of Villa and use our parking place to leave their trailers. We accept pets (request in advanced required)

Villa Offers the following apartments/Studios:

5 apartments on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The front room is equipped with air-condition & TV-set. The back room has fan on the roof. All rooms have also separate entrances.

6 apartments on the 1st floor. Every apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The front room is equipped with fan on the roof, TV-set and Veranda. The back room has air-condition and separate balcony.

1 apartment in the ground floor with 2/3 beds, TV-set, air-condition, kitchen bathroom and a separate bedroom with fan on the roof.

4 studios (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) with kitchen, bathroom, TV-set and air-condition .

Ligia is a quite fishing village on the east side of the island of Lefkas only 4 kilometers from the capital town. The picturesque harbor is full of fishing boats that supply fresh fish.
