Description:

 This Villa is built in the village of Ammoudia, the old Splantza of Preveza.

39 km from the city of Preveza 20 km from Gliki and the Acheron River. The village with 350 permanent residents are known for the fish and shallow beach, perfect for small children with is located in the region.

The Villa offer ONLY 1 apartment (with separate bedroom and separate kitchen) for families of 4 persons and a few  Studios for 2/3 persons .

Villa is  located a few meters from the beach, to the point of not require more than 1 minute walk and offer parking  place.The apartment  offer a seperate bedroom(with double bed) and a seperate room with kitchen (with 2 single beds). Kitchen  is equipped with TV, air conditioning and built a fully equipped kitchen.This (small family,House,Villa)is Built in one of the quietest parts of the village and nearby the centrum of the Ammoudia village, House Offer a High class accommodation.

The closest places you can visit by car are: Preveza city (for shopping) is Only 39 kilometres away. Parga  is about 30 minutes driving. The Oracle of the dead (Famous Nekromantion)  is 7 minutes drive. Gliki  and the Acheron River springs 30 minutes drive. Alonaki beaches 7 minutes drive. The beach Kerentza about 12 minutes.

Τhe see is Undeep ,Big advantage for those they do not know to swimm and especialy for children.
