This Villa is in a wonderful situation very close to Sarakiniko beach( few meters away and a couple of minute walk going up to a small hill), which is one of the best beaches in the Parga area.  This is an ideal place for guests they prefer nice and quiet holidays, away from motion and the traffic. The distance from Parga is only 12 kilometers, and the beach is only 100 meters away from this accommodation going up in a small hill. 

Villa  consists of  a few new Built  Bungalows (Each Bungalow is Approximately 25-27 square meters) , and one family apartment (with two separate bedrooms).

Each New Built  Bungalow offer ( 2/3/4 beds ) and in the bungalow  there is a double bed and one single normal side bed  Plus another extra sofa bed (for a child IF NEEDED) with private bathroom, private kitchenette (which is outside in the private balcony and veranda). There is NO NEED for air-conditioning ,as it is always cool.

The large  apartment(with 2 bathrooms), offer two separate bedrooms (each room has a bathroom and W.C.) and one bedroom has one double and 1 single bed inside and the other bedroom 2 single  beds and the private  kitchen is outside in the garden. This apartment can sleep  4-5 persons (Or a Family  of  5 persons or 4 Adults) ,as all beds are normal size beds for Adults. Also this apartment offer a garden outside ,where the kitchen is situated.

There is  also  a nice Garden and also  private parking.

The owners of  this Villa will make you fell  very welcome(Like your second home) BUT In Greece.Also owners have a Tavern (with Traditional food)In Sarakiniko beach, someone can find some things to buy ,like bread e.c.t. and there are  also other tavernas/restaurants,where guests can eat  and enjoy coffes and drinks.On Sarakiniko beach there are also ombrellas and sunbeds (for those they like to rent and  will pay locally) or  you can use your private umbrella and sun bed  for Sarakiniko beach ,as it is a free beach.There is also a connection boat Parga-Sarakiniko beach ,Once per day.
