These well cared family House(Fully renovated in 2017 & 2018),is situated very close to the centre of Parga in a quiet and unspoiled location of Parga called old part of Parga.The House is close to the central beaches of Parga(Kryoneri & Piso Kryoneri),walking distance. The Full renovated Studios,situated on first floor and ground floor,can sleep a couple or two friends, a family of 3 and the 2 ground flοor Studios even a family X 4 (family with 2 adults and 2 small children ).5 Studios are situated on first floor (4 double and Only 1 Triple), and 3 Studios are situated in ground floor with the large veranda and the small garden and 1 Studio is double and the other 2 can be triple or even Quadruple. All fully renovated Studios in 2017,Offer new beds, new furniture, new bathrooms, e.c.t. All Studios offer a bedroom with the separate kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box,hair dryer,Internet Wi-Fi and private balcony. On ground floor (With the large yard (Veranda) and the large common garden),there are also the 3 newly built and fully renovated in 2017 Studios with all comforts (air-conditioning, television, safe box, hair dryer,Internet Wi-Fi,private bathroom, veranda outside. One Studio (30 square meters) can sleep two persons, the second Studio (of 38 square meters) can sleep a couple with one child or 2 small children (with an extra child bed).Τhe third larger Studio (of 45 square meters) offer two double beds and can sleep a family of 4 persons or even two couples ( two double beds in the same area,same space,same room) and offer a bathroom with a double douche. In case there is a small group of families or (friends) can ask in Advance for those 3 Studios in Ground floor and use ONLY them the private large Veranda, as ground floor offers ONLY those 3 Studios with the large veranda with flowers and tables and chairs to sit out and talk,drink e.c.t.. For those they are coming with a car there is the possibility to park the car for FREE in the church/first Primary school of Parga only a few meters away. The House offers ONLΥ 2 Studios for families X 4 persons and Only in Ground floor. |
