Two of the rooms are for 2 persons ( couple ,with Double bed) and the other 2 are ideal for 3 persons or Family Χ 4 persons( with 2 adults and 2 children. On ground floor ,there are the 2 double or Triple Studios (Both with kitchenette) Only one Studio can be quadruple for a family X 4( 2 adults + 2 children).

On Ground floor Τhere is also the Only one μινι apartment for a family Χ 4 persons. This apartment is ideal for a family x 4 and offer a seperate bedroom with double bed with the kitchen and the bathroom inside and there is a second seperate bedroom with 2 single beds for 2 children .The 2 children to use the w.c. must pass through the first bedroom(of the parents).Studios and Apartment does Not offer sea views at all.Fitted with beamed ceilings and iron beds, all units include a flat-screen TV, refrigerator and kettle. The private bathroom is fitted with bathrobes and bathtub or shower. Only Studios and family apartment are self-catering .Parga is 4 kilometers away form the village and Guests will find 2 beaches at 1.5 km from from the House(Agios Giannakis beach and Lichnos beach). The fishing village of Ammoudia and Mesopotamos village with its archeological site can be reached within 20 km. In this house owners are very friendly and there is a real Greek ambient and you will feel as your second home.
