This  Fully renovated House (In 2016  and 2021), situated very close to the center of Parga(5 minutes walk) in a quiet area ,offer  14 Studios and 3 large (2 bedroom apartments).Each Studio and Apartment offers: Kitchen, Private bathroom ,Television, Air-conditioning ,safe box and  Wi-Fi Internet. Only few  of the Studios can be triple (with an extra bed for a child) and Studios  offer  double bed and some other Studios offer two single beds (But can be also a double bed ,if you put the two beds together).

The three large family apartments are ideal for  2 couples, or  a family of 4 persons or even 4 friends .Large apartments are situated on ground floor and each apartment offer two separate bedrooms (One with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), separate kitchen ,private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box and  Wi-Fi Internet and private large veranda  with tables and chairs to sit outside.

As The House is situated close the center ( 5 minutes walk )and 10 minutes walk from  the 2 central beaches of Parga ,Kryoneri beach and Piso Kryoneri beach) with  all comforts( such as air-conditioning, television ,safe box, Internet Wi-Fi) ,it is a good solution for Guests they prefer something close the center of Parga and also an accommodation within walking distance from the 2  central beaches of Parga(Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri beaches) and οlny a couple of minute  walk for the historical center of Parga and the small harbor.
