Description: This Family and friendly House-Villa (Fully renovated recently)WITH SWIMMING POOL and private Parking ,Offer some Studios and apartrments with High quality.Studios are  ideal for 2/3 persons and apartments  for 3-4 persons.Villa is  situated  in a very quiet area among olive groves,lemοn and orange trees and behind  the beautiful  Valtos sandy beach and only 10 minutes walk. The centre of Parga is aproxemately 2 kilometers away.There are frequent boats that shuttle between Valtos Bay and the port in Parga centre.For those they do like to walk ,distance is (a bit more than half an hour walk to the centre of Parga).The gardens are lush with flowers and shrubs and there are sun beds and a barbecue provided for the guests use, making this accommodation a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The 2  family apartments on the second floor  (Each Ideal for 3 persons) offer one bedroom with a double bed, a separate small kitchen/living area with one sofa bed,  private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box and nice and large balcony . Ideal for families with one child.

On the second floor, are situated the  3 family apartments (Only for families with 2 adults and 2 children).Εach apartment, offer a separate bedroom with  a double bed and  the kitchenette  inside and another second separate small room with two singe beds (for the children) and with private bathroom air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box  and private large  balcony. Those 3 Apartments are ideal for families with  2 children.

The other seven studios, situated on the first and ground floor, (2 triples and 5 doubles) offer one bedroom with a small separate kitchenette, private bathroom air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box  and  large balcony.Change of bed linen and cleaning is twice per week.  There is also a large garden outside with lemon and orange trees, different varieties of flowers and ample space for the children to play and a Barbeque for the use of all clients.  There is also private parking for the guests.
