This Family and friendly Villa (House), is Situaated in Beautiful Valtos area (Only 550 meters from Beautiful Valtos beach( a couple of minute walk) and 1.500 meters from the Historical centre of Parga. Family Villa(House) offers a lovely garden ,with flowers and trees and also  a large veranda (Patio) outside with tables and chairs.Is a Prefect situated Villa for those they prefer a quiet Holiday and also  for those they prefer their privacy with private parking place.This Villa(House) is a detached  and Indipended House (on ground floor) , can sleep maximum 5 persons.Villa offers two separate bedrooms (One bedroom with a double bed (for a couple) and the other bedroom with two single beds), a separate and full furnished kitchen with living room and dining table inside and also with the possibility to add a fifth sofa bed for a fifth person).This Villa Offer air-conditioning, television,Internet Wi-Fi and parking place.Since 2013,There are  TWO new Built Studios (30 square meters each Studio) and each Studio can sleep for 2/3 persons (Couple or 2 friends,3 adults and even a Family of 4 persons).The two New built Studios are next to each other and opposite of the Indipended  House Villa and each Studio offer a bedroom with  1 double bed  and another 1 or 2 beds Ideal for 2-3 persons adults or even for a family X 4 persons).Studios offers:private bathroom, kitchenette air-conditioning, television,Internet Wi-Fi,Veranda outside in the garden,Parking.Also this accommodation offer an Outside barbeque (common for all Guests).The owners are very nice persons and you will find a  real Greek Hospitality.

This accommodation is recommend  for a real Greek Holiday and also for those they prefer ,something quite, close to the beach (Within walking distance) with a nice nice and friendly ambient Also this House with the  Detached Villa and the 2 Studios  is recommended for  families or small group of friends they  prefer to stay all togthether and enjoy the privancy ,the gardens ,the ouτside space and can be toghether but also separate,if they want.Owners are very friendly and always offer  to all Guests(from their Gardens) fresh vegetables (tomatoes e.c.t).Residence since 2016 offer Internet Wi-Fi.
