DESCRIPTION: This newly Built Family Resort (Built in 2011) with  a large swimming pool  for Adults and for children(Without any pool bar) is a high class accommodation. Situated close the center of Parga offer a various range of  apartments ,that suits all the tastes of all guests. The Resort is a newly built apartment complex in Parga set in the beautiful green olive groves. Family resort is situated in a perfect location in a quiet spot of Parga with panoramic view of Parga and  Parga’s Venetian castle The traditional blue and white buildings are inspired by the Ionian Sea and the beaches of Parga while the interiors reflect Greek hospitality and weather; warm and welcoming. The Resort features 10 luxurious Apartments , with a swimming pool outside, a grassy garden and private parking. The furniture and design were based on the needs of families, couples.
We have paid particular attention to the quality of sleep, choosing extremely good quality mattresses, daily housekeeping is our standard.

The Resort offer Only TWO Studios(each one for 2 persons)

The TWO BEDROOM Apartments can sleep two couples or a family of 4-5 persons and each large apartment offer: Two separate bedrooms (One with a double bed and the other with two single beds) a safe  box, a  separate Fully-equipped kitchen with  Lounge with flat-screen satellite TV, free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and free air conditioning, a Bathroom with hair dryer and a Large balcony with panoramic view. Two of them (Are IDEAL for families of 4 persons) as offer a separate bedroom with a double bed) another separate bedroom (with two staple beds (one above the other) for two children), with a safe  box, a  separate Fully-equipped kitchen with  Lounge with flat-screen satellite TV, free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and free air conditioning, a Bathroom with hair dryer and a Large balcony with panoramic view.

The ONE  BEDROOM Apartment can sleep a couple or  family of  3 or 4 persons(2 adults & 1 or  2 children) and offer: ONE separate bedroom (with a double bed, for the couple) and a  separate Fully-equipped kitchen with with living room (with the two extra sofa beds inside for the children) with flat-screen satellite TV, free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and free air conditioning, a Bathroom with hair dryer and a Large balcony with panoramic view.

This is a family small residence and Owners are local persons and will be there to help you and to feel like your second home.
