These spacious Studios  built in 2007 and 2009  and fully renovated in 2025 with high standards. Family Villa is situated only 350 meters walking distance from the sandy beautiful(Valtos beach) ,in a quiet and green area (Valtos area), among olive trees. Studios can  sleep 2-3 persons. Only 2 of the Studios can sleep a family X 3 persons and 2 Studios can sleep(2 persons)a couple or 2 friends for  a couple. All Studios offer a nice view to the olive groves and  they offer a partly sea view . All large Studios (are well equipped). Each Studio is ideal for a couple  or 2/3 friends and also  for families  x 3 with one child. This small  friendly family accommodation offer a large garden with trees (lemon oranges e.c.t and with a lot of different kind of flowers and space outside and parking). The place is ideal for those they like to make walks in the area, and to stay in a quiet place in nature  far from noises and traffic. Each Studio is a self catering accommodation  and offer , a bedroom (with one double bed and one sofa extra bed for a child), kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television ,Hair dryer. This is an  Ideal accommodation for guests they prefer something fully renovated , very clean, nice and with  high  quality accommodation in a quiet spot of  Parga (Valtos area) with parking for the car .Villa offers a real friendly Greek ambient. The accommodation  offer as well a private parking and a common Barbeque for all guests.(Guests must ask always the Owners to use it). Near by approximately in 300 meters away ,there are restaurants ,cafés, Minimarkets .Also you have the possibility to explore the area with nice walking  in the pure nature and for those they like to walk, there are two Paths for walking .One path to Parga (Through the olive groves)  and walking distance (2 kilometer).Τhe second path is up to Anthoussa village (Through the olive groves ,orange and lemon trees and also via the famous water  mills).This walking path is approximately   2,5 kilometers.
