  These spacious Studios are recently  built in 2007 and 2009  and fully renovated in 2017 with high standards.Villa is situated only 350 meters walking distance from the sandy beautifull(Valtos beach) ,in a quiet and green area (Valtos area), among olive trees. Studios can  sleep 2-3 persons and even a family of 4 persons.Only 2 of the Studios can slepp a family X 4 persons and 1 Studio is for  a couple(2 persons) or for a family of 3 persons.All Studios offer a nice view to the olive groves and  they offer a partly sea view . All large Studios (are well equipped). Each Studio is ideal for couple  or 2/3 friends and also  for families with one or two children. Each large Studio offers all comforts and this small family accommodation offer a large garden with trees (lemon oranges e.c.t and with a lot of different kind of flowers and space outside and parking). The place is ideal for those they like to make walks in the area, and to stay in a quiet place in nature  far from noises and traffic. Each Studio is a self catering accommodation  and offer , a bedroom (with a double bed and one or two  sofa extra beds (for children), kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television ,Hair dryer.Also the Villa Offers Only one apartment for 3-4 persons( 3 friends or family x 3 persons ,Family of 4 persons and even 2 friendly couples  can accommodate  in this apartment).Apartment offers a seperate bedroom (inside there is a double bed and also the kitchenette and the bathroom).In  the second seperate bedroom there is another double bed for a couple or 2 children.This Apartment is Only for 4 persons,as to go to the bathroom and το the kitchenette the persons who sleeps in the second bedroom must pass inside the room of the  first bedroom and the most IDIAL SOLUTION IS FOR A FAMILY X 4 PERSONS(so kinds can go to the bathroom passing throuth parents bedroom. This is an  Ideal accommodation for guests they prefer something new, very clean, nice and with  high  quality accommodation in a quiet spot of  Parga (Valtos area).Villa offers a real friendly Greek ambient. The accommodation  offer as well a private parking and a common Barbeque for all guests(Guests must ask always the Owners to use it). Near by approximately in 300 meters away ,there are restaurants ,cafés, Minimarkets.Also you have the possibility to explore the area with nice walkings in the pure nature and for those they like to walk, there are two Paths for walking .One path to Parga (Through the olive groves) wakling distance (1,5 kilometer).Τhe second path is up to Anthoussa village (Through the olive groves,orange and lemon trees and also via the famous water  mills).This walking path is approximately   2,5 kilometers.
