YELLOW HOUSE in center of Parga in quiet area

DESCRIPTION:  These well cared family House ,is situated very close to the center of Parga in a quiet and unspoiled location of Parga called old part of Parga. The House is close to the central beaches of Parga(Kryoneri & Piso Kryoneri),walking distance .ALL the 5 double Studios on first floor are Fully renovated in  2018 and the 3 Studios  (2 triples and one Quadruple Studio on Ground floor floor are FULLY renovated on 2024-2025).The Fully renovated Studios on first floor(2018),can sleep a couple or two friends, and the Fully renovated Studios ( 2024-2025) on ground floor  2 of them are triples and ONLY one Studio is a Quadruple Studio for a family X 4 persons .5 Studios are situated on first floor (5 doubles ), and 3 Studios are situated in ground floor ( 2 triples and 1 Quadruple with large verandas and the small garden  with tables and chairs to sit our if guests wants that). All fully renovated Studios in 2019 and 2024-2025 ,Offer new beds, new furniture, new bathrooms ,everything NEW. All Studios offer a bedroom with the separate kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box, hair dryer, Internet Wi-Fi and private balcony.

On ground floor (With the large yard (Veranda) and the large common garden),there are also the 3 newly built and fully renovated on 2024-2025 Studios with all comforts (air-conditioning, television, safe box, hair dryer, Internet Wi-Fi, private bathroom, veranda outside. The 2 Studios (35 square meters) are Triple and  can sleep 3 persons a couple with a child  ( family X 3 ).Τhe third larger Studio (of 45 square meters) offer two double beds and can sleep a family of 4 persons or even two couples ( two double beds in the same area in same room) and offer a bathroom with a double douche. In case there is a small group of families or (friends) can ask in Advance for those 3 Studios in Ground floor with the private large Verandas, as ground floor offers ONLY those 3 Studios with the large veranda with flowers and tables and chairs to sit out and talk, drink e.c.t.. For those they are coming with a car there is the possibility to park the car for FREE in the church/first Primary school of Parga only a few meters away OR Owner can arrange for them a private parking with 5/ Euros per day extra to pay to owner.
