There is also ONE LARGE APARTMENT on Ground floor (Fully renovated in 2017 and around 80 square meters), and this 2 bedroom comfortable apartment can sleep  4-5 persons and it offers 2 verandahs and also has access to the common gardens. The apartment has two separate large bedrooms(The first bedroom with a double bed  where can be added another extra bed for a child and the second separate  bedroom has 2 single normal side beds. Apartment offer a separate large and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table . The fifth extra bed can be placed only in the bedroom where the double bed is (the extra sofa bed for a child). Also this large apartment has a fully renovated bathroom and offers a fully furnished kitchen, a television, air-conditioning, a safe box, a hair dryer, Internet Wi-Fi and balconies with access to the common garden with tables chairs where guests can seat, talk, eat e.c.t.

Villa has a common garden  outside for all the guests with tables and chairs for each Studio and for the apartment.
