Description: The Family apart/Hotel ,With swimming POOL,situated in the centre of Parga in a quite spot,offer some Hotel  double rooms/Studio  and only 2 triple rooms/Studio(With Mini fridge,Coffe macchine,Boiler and Tost maker).All Hotel rooms/Studio are Fully renovated in 2020-2023. Residence since 2017 offer  also 2 Family  Apartments( Two Two bedroom Αpartments) and each apartment is  for 4 persons. Guests can reach the center of Parga within a few seconds  walk and also the 2 central beaches of Parga (Kryoneri beach & Piso Kryoneri beach) in a couple of minutes. Hotel rooms/Studios  are  situated on first, second  and ground floor and are Double and Only 2 can become  Triple .Each Hotel room/Studio offer a bedroom,fridge,Coffee machine,Boiler and Toast maker ,private bathroom, television, air-conditioning, safe box,Internet Wi-Fi  and private balcony with nice view to the beautiful gardens or to the Venetian castle or to swimming pool. The ground floor and the upper floor  Apartments are renovated in 2024-2025.Each Apartment offer( TWO  separate bedrooms )One with a double bed  and the other separate bedroom with 2 single beds,private bathroom,kitchenette (for Breakfast,light meals and  light cookings with  ellectric Rings),Veranda, private bathroom,air-conditioning,television,Internet Wi-Fi  and can sleep up to for 4 persons.ALL Guests can use all comforts of this small family residence in centre of Parga ,Such as: Swimming pool, Poοl bar,Free sunbeds and umbrellas in the swimming pool. There is a daily cleaning and also the accommodation offer  a reception. The Outside Poll bar offer drinks and also breakfast There is a Private parking for some cars.Outside there is a  garden with  the swimming Pool and the  Pool bar (with tables and chairs) ,where guests can enjoy breakfast ,coffees,drinks and Snaks.he Residence  Offer also a Fully  renovated (In 2021-2022)deatached  Central House-Villa for 4-7 persons with 3 seperate bedrooms  and seperate large living room/kitchen (with an extra sofa bed inside)and 2 bathroom  and the detached House/Vilal  can sleep 4-7 persons.

All Guests will find a friendly  ambient and feel like at home.Prices  are without breakfast. Extra Optional Breakfast you pay locally in Hotel.
