Villa  offer on Ground floor 8 Large Studios(30 square meters each)  (fully equipped) for couples or for families with one or two children. Each Studio  can sleep up to a (family of 4 persons maximum 4 beds in the same area and in same room) and offers one double bed (or two single beds) and a sofa extra normal bed for one or two children. Each large Studio has it’s own private bathroom, kitchenette with (Boiler,coffee macchine,one electric ring and refrigataror for Breakfast or a Light meal), air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box, Hair dryer, Internet Wi-Fi .On the first floor are situated the 8 large Maisonettes(45 square meters each) and each Maisonette can sleep also 4 persons in two separate ambients. In each Maisonette, the bedroom is upstairs (with one double bed) and downstairs is the  kitchenette with (Boiler,coffee macchine,one electric ring and refrigataror for Breakfast or a Light meal) with the two other single beds and the bathroom. All Maisonettes offer as well, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box, Hair dryer and Internet Wi-Fi.All Studios and Maisonette offer large balconies ( of 9 square meters, with tables and chairs) overlooking to the swimming pool and to the nice gardens. The swimming pool of 100 square meters, offer also a separate small pool for children.Villa  offers as well, private parking, telephone center, Internet (Wi-Fi), swimming pool for adults and children, a lot of green (with different kind of flowers and different kind of trees, lemon, orange, Olive trees) and is situated in a very quiet area. The big  advantage is, the distance from famous and beautiful Valtos beach (Only 150 meters away). We suggest this Villa  to all Guests they prefer an accommodation with High standards.This is a very clean accommodation, away from the noises and close to Valtos beach.Reccomanded also for those they like to do nice  small or long walkings in the green Valtos area and also to the near by beautifull village Anthussa.
