The 2 Studios on Ground floor offer a bedroom  with a double bed with the kitchenette inside with private bathroom, air-conditioning, (LCD T.V. with satellite channels), safe box. Each Studio (can sleep up to 3 persons)and  offer a private veranda. The third Studio on ground floor can sleep a family of 4 persons (2 adults + 2 children) and offer a bedroom  for 2 persons and in the large kitchen there are two sofa beds for two children. Perfect solution for a Family of 4 persons.

The two Maisonnette style apartment are  for family of 3/4 persons, offer upstairs  the bedroom (with two single beds or a double bed) and downstairs, in the well furnished kitchen, there are the two single beds for two children. The third Maisonnette style apartment is also for a family of 4 persons But on the above bedroom there is ONLY a single normal bed and downstairs in the bedroom there are two other single beds and in the well furnished kitchen is situated the fourth extra sofa bed. All Maisonnette offers a private bathroom, private balcony and also  air-conditioning, (LCD T.V. with satellite channels) and safe box. All Guests can stay n the  nice small common garden/yard (with tables and chairs).Perfect located Villa for those they prefer to stay in the center of Parga ,in a quiet area and close to the center (Restaurants, Tavernas, Shops ,cafes) and to the  central beaches  of Parga (Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri). Public Parking(free of charge) ,is near by , 80 meters ,in the church  of Agios Nikolaos-Primary school  and  also near by there are  two  Private parking places.
