VILLA PERKEMES-Valtos area (Parga) with gardens and parking

Description: This new villa with one bedroom apartments was built a few years ago and was fully renovated in 2020-2022. It is situated in a very quiet area of Parga (Valtos beach area) just behind the sandy beach Valtos. The villa offers to the guests an ideal place for a peaceful and pleasant holiday. Only 300 meters distance from the beautiful Valtos beach and 1,5 kilometers away from the center of Parga this villa offers excellent service. It is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and a beautiful large garden. The owners of this lovely villa take great care of the property and their guests making all guests feel very welcome in this house. The villa offers 8 one bedroom apartments, 4 of them can sleep 2-3 persons and 4 of them a family of 4 persons (2 adults with two children). The 4 one bedroom apartments are situated on the ground floor and the other 4 one bedroom apartments are on the first floor. Each apartment consists of one large separate bedroom with two beds or a double bed, one small separate kitchen with one single bed or with one stapled bed (one bed up and one bed down with normal sized beds for two children), one large bathroom and two balconies one in the front and one in the back side of the apartment with views to the nature and the trees. 4 of the apartments are ideal for 2-3 persons (can be also adults or a family with 2 adults and a child) and only 4 of the apartments are ideal for a family of 4 persons. Next to the ground floor apartments there is a detached, small house/small villa for a family of 3-4 persons, which offers a separate bedroom with a double bed and the other 2 beds are in the separate kitchen (stapled bed one bed up and one bed down with normal sized beds for 2 children). The accommodation is well furnished and equipped to very high standards and all apartments and separate houses/small villas offer air conditioning, satellite television, kitchen, private bathroom, Internet Wi-Fi, large balconies and verandas overlooking the gardens and the mountains and private parking for the cars. The cleaning and changing of the bed linen and bath towels is twice per week. This accommodation is recommended to all our guests, who prefer a peaceful holiday, far from traffic in a nice nature and family ambient. For those who want to go to the center of Parga by car the distance is only a few minutes away and walking is only half an hour away. Guests can use the local taxi boats from Valtos beach to Parga port (center of Parga) and back (paying locally to the boat a few euros). Guests that stay in Valtos area can make short or long walks around Valtos area (with a lot of green, flowers and olive trees) and can also walk to the village of Anthoussa, to the waterfalls and to other nearby areas. Nearby this Villa in 150-200 meters are restaurants, bars, cafeterias, mini markets and also there are swimming pools open to all guests.
