This new Villa(with one bedroom apartments),built few years ago and Fully renovated in 2020-2022, is situated in  a very quiet area of Parga(Valtos beach area), just behind  sandy Valtos beach. Villa offer to the  guests an ideal place for a peaceful and pleasant holiday. Only 300 meters distance from beautiful Valtos beach and 1,5  kilometer away  from the center of Parga ,Villa offer an excellent service. Villa  is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and a beautiful  large garden .The owners of this lovely villa take great care of the property and their guests and all guests are feeling very welcome in this House. Villa offer 8 one bedroom apartments ,4 of them can sleep 2/3 persons and 4 of them a family of  4 persons(2 adults with two children).The 4 one bedroom  apartments  are situated on ground  floor and  the other 4 one bedroom  apartments on the first floor. The  4 one bedroom apartments are ideal for  family of 4 persons and are situated on ground floor. Each apartment consists of one large separate bedroom (with two beds or a double bed),one small separate kitchen (with one single bed or with one stapled bed(up and down normal sizes beds  for two children) ,with a large bathroom and two balconies (one in the front and one in the  back  side of the apartment with views to the nature and the trees) .4 of the apartments are ideal for two-three persons(can be also adults of family with 2 adults and a child) and ONLY 4 of  the apartments are ideal for a family of 4 persons. Next to the ground floor  Apartments,  there is a detached ,small House/small Villa for a family of  3-4 persons and offers a separate bedroom ( with double bed) and the other 2 beds are in the separate kitchen (stapled bed one bed up and one bed down and normal sized beds for 2 children).The accommodation is well furnished and equipped to a very high standards and all apartments and separate House/small Villa offers: Air conditioning, satellite television, Kitchen, Private bathroom, Internet Wi-Fi, large balconies and verandas overlooking the gardens and the mountains and private parking for the cars. Cleaning and changing of the bed linen and bath towels  is Twice per week. This accommodation is recommended to guests, they prefer a peaceful holiday, far from Traffic ,in a nice nature and family ambient and near to  beautiful Valtos beach. For those they want to go to the center  of Parga by car, distance is only few minutes away and walking is only half an hour away. Guests can use the local Boats from Valtos beach to Parga center  and back (paying locally to the boat a few Euros).Guests they stay in Valtos area ,can make shorts or long walks around Valtos area (with a lot of green, trees ,olives )and also walking to the village of Anthoussa, to the waterfalls and to other near by areas.

Nearby this Villa in 150-200 meters , there are restaurants, bars ,cafeterias and Mini markets and also there are  swimming pools open to all guests.
