This new Villa(with small apartments)built few years ago and Fully renovated in 2017-2018, is situated in  a very quiet area of Parga(Valtos beach area), just behind  sandy Valtos beach.Villa offer to the  guests an ideal place for a peaceful and pleasant holiday. Only 300 meters distance from beautiful Valtos beach and 1,5  kilometer away  from the centre of Parga ,Villa offer an excelent service. Villa  is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and a beautiful  large garden.The owners of this lovely villa take great care of the property and their guests,and all guests are feeling very welcome in this House. Villa offer 8 apartments ,six of them can sleep 2/3 persons and two of them a family of  4 persons(2 adults with two children).4 mini apartments  are situated on ground  floor and 4 mini apartments on the first floor. The  two apartments are ideal for  family of 4 persons and both are situated on ground floor.Each apartment consists of one large separate bedroom (with two beds,  if you put togheter can be double bed),one small separate kitchen (with one single bed or with one stapled bed(up and down for two children) ,with a large bathroom and two balconies (one in the front and one in the  back  side of the apartment with views to the nature and the trees) .Six of the apartments are ideal for two-three persons(can be also adults of family with 2 adults and a child) and ONLY two of  the apartments are ideal for a family of 4 persons. Next to the ground floor  Apartments,  there is a detached ,small House/small Villa for a family of  3-4 persons and offers a separate bedroom (double bed) and the other 2 beds are in the separate kitchen (stapled bed one bed up and one bed down and normal sized beds).The accommodation is well furnished and equipped to a very high standards and all apartments and seperate House/small Villa offers: Air conditioning, satellite television, Kitchen,Private bathroom, Inyternet Wi-Fi,large balconies overlooking the gardens and the mountains and private parking for the cars,cleaning and changing of the bed linen and bath towels  Twice per week.

Nearby this Villa in 150-200 meters , there are restaurants, bars ,cafeterias and Mini markets and also there are  swimming pools open to all guests.

This accommodation is recommended to guests, they prefer a peaceful holiday,far from Traffick ,in a nice natura and family ambient and near to  beautiful Valtos beach. For those they want to go to the centre  of Parga by car, distance is only few minutes away and walking is only half an hour away. Guests can use the local Boats from Valtos beach to Parga centre  and back (paying locally to the boat a few Euros).Guests they stay in Valtos area ,can make shorts or long walks arround Valtos area (with a lot of green, trees,olives )and also walkings to the village of Anthoussa,to the waterfalls and to other near by areas.
